Chile celebrates its bicentennial as an independent nation in September 2018, an exceptional opportunity to discover one of the most complete countries on the planet. Chile includes in its narrow and elongated silhouette landscapes so diverse that go from the ice of the glaciers of the south to the fire of the volcanoes or the most extreme deserts in the north, in a space that is isolated from the rest of South America (and the World) by the most high Andes to the EST E, the Pacific Ocean to the west, the arid Atacama desert to the north and the impenetrable nature of Patagonia to the south. Santiago, a capital until recently underestimated as a destination, has become a destination for gourmets in recent years, with chefs who harvest prizes and redefine Chilean cuisine from local products.
