I, Ismael Gerli, believe that since we were born, we have had to experience various changes in the history of humanity, since we live in a very accelerated world. Besides that, the educational system includes in each of its stages the teaching of history, show us the changes that have been occurring since the beginnings of humanity. I affirm that it is of vital importance to know the history as it explains our roots and gives shape to the present in which we live, besides being of great influence in our lives because it has marked the trajectory of what we are witnessing today.
When we talk about history and we look for its meaning in a dictionary, we are explained that it is a science whose object of study is the past of humanity and its societies, that is why knowing the history of the past is an imperative necessity because in this way it is for JA an identity, which helps us to understand why we are at this point of the globe and let us understand in great way many of the doubts that we could have internally. An important point in which I emphasize is that not only should we focus on knowing our culture but also knowing other civilizations and societies, as this contributes to our cognitive and rational growth and thus to shape our reality.
